HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Use any of the links on the site to find a hotel that you are interested in. When you are ready to obtain a real-time quote just click the link that will say "CHECK
RATES". You can then browse the quotes for a selection of deals and rooms. If you would like to proceed to the actual booking stage just click the link that will
say "BOOK IT" or "SELECT THIS ROOM". At this point you will be presented with an online form asking for your details and credit card number. This is
a secure form and will display a padlock sign at the bottom of your browser. When you submit your details a confirmation screen will appear confirming your details.
At this point please note the reference number presented onscreen. An email confirmation will also be sent at this time to the email address you have provided.
On some rare occasions further details are required either from you or from the hotel. If this is the case a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an
email normally within 2 to 4 hours.

IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?
For around 50% of the hotels listed on this website you pay nothing until you have actually come to check-out from the hotel and you are then
presented with your bill. For the other 50% of the hotels listed on the website your payment is taken in full at the time of booking. All rates will specify whether payment
is made in advance or on checkout from the hotel on the quote page with the hotel rate amount and rate description.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES? Some hotels add local taxes and
fee's to the online quote, some don't. For much of our inventory local taxes are included and this will say so in the rate description, on the rate form or in the rate rules.
Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.

IS THE QUOTE PER PERSON OR PER ROOM? Quotes are mostly per room unless stated as per person.
For some of or inventory rates are per person and this is stated so on the rate page and again when clicking to book where the total for all occupants is shown.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE INTERNET?
Yes. When you send the credit card details on the internet the connection is encrypted and cannot be read by a third party.
You will see a padlock sign at the bottom of your browser showing the connection is secure. Using a credit card on the internet is actually safer than using a credit card
in a shop. One of the biggest problems with credit cards is cloning, and this done when someone physically copies the strip on your card. Also most major credit cards will
give you 100% fraud cover on the internet. A further benefit of using your
credit to pay for rates that are charged in advance, is that any problems
arising at the hotel can be sorted through your credit card provider who is
jointly liable.

MY CREDIT CARD IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED, WHY? There are a few possibilities:
You have not ticked the box specifying the
card type.
Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
You have reached your credit limit.
There is a computer error.

CAN I USE A DEBIT CARD? Unfortunately a debit card cannot be used to
make a reservation.

CAN I SPECIFY ROOM LOCATION OR OTHER REQUESTS?
If special requests are accepted by the hotel a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel.
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Your email confirmation will contain a phone number, link or email address to request cancellation of your reservation. Cancellation policy differs
with the hotel and rate/deal chosen. Deals involving advance payment are usually subject to a cancellation/amendment fee. Some rates allow cancellation up to 24 hours
beforehand and some will only charge one nights rate for missed bookings. Please check your confirmation email for these details if you have already placed a reservation
or be sure to read the hotels/deal policy when choosing a rate if you are about to book. Please contact us if you are in any doubt to a particular policy.

reservation. A debit card is not accepted.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE RATE? The rate
descriptions are written by the hotels themselves. If breakfast is not stated then it should be assumed breakfast is not included. However many hotels do actually include
breakfast without stating this in the description and the only way to be sure if it is or is not included is by contacting the hotel directly. We can do this for you if you
request us to by email.

Corporate Rate: a special rate for business travellers. You may asked to provide a business card or other ID as proof that you are a genuine business traveller.

BED SIZES AND TYPES Please note, a double bed is smaller than a queen bed, a
queen bed is smaller than a king size bed.
Single = Room with one bed suitable for single traveller only.
Twin = One room with two single beds.
Double = Room with one bed suitable for two people.
Triple beds = Room with either a double plus a single or sofa bed, or three single These rooms are
often not suitable for three adults but are appropriate for family bookings.
Family rooms = Room with a combination of beds suitable for four people including
children. Rooms may have two double beds, or one double and two singles or four singles. Single beds may be sofa beds or fold away beds suitable only for children.
Standard = Type and configuration allocated on arrival. Configuration not guaranteed.
Standard Double (Double Occupancy) = either a Double bed or two twin
beds. No configuration is specified and may be either type depending on allocation and availability.
