Millennium Copthorne Hotel at Chelsea FC

Introduction: The Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea FC is situated on the Fulham road. Close to the famous Kings Road in Chelsea which runs parallel and where many chic and upmarket restaurants along with a large range of shops and boutiques can be found. Despite its name the hotel is NOT actually in Chelsea, its in Fulham. This location is on the Western edge of central London and very convenient for Heathrow Airport while being close to the heart of London. The hotel is located on a complex adjacent to the site of Chelsea football ground, known as Chelsea Village and covering an area of 12 acres. Close to two large exhibition centres at Earls Court (0.6 miles) and Olympia (1.4 miles). This area is close to other well known tourist favourite areas such as Kensington and Knightsbridge. Nearby attractions include Natural History and Science Museums (1.2 miles), Fulham Palace (1.3 miles), Kensington Palace (1.6 miles), Albert Memorial (1.6 miles), Serpentine gallery (1.8 miles), Westminster Cathedral (2.4 miles) and Buckingham Palace (2.5 miles).

Hotel:
The Standard rooms are in the Copthorne Wing, Club rooms in the Millennium Wing.
Bedrooms are en-suite with marble bathrooms (bath, shower) and have a contemporary design. Dining options:
The Brasserie restaurant: 150 seats. A la Carte cuisine. Serves breakfast (full English or continental) and Dinner. Lunch on match days. Open 07.00 till 10.30 (7.30 till 11.00 Sunday), 18.00 till 22.30.
The Bridge bar: Intimate and relaxed bar in the Copthorne. Large range of drinks including wines, cocktails and beers. Serves a bar menu which includes light meals, salads and sandwiches. WiFi is accessible in the bar. Open: 8.00 till 02.00 (till 11.00 for non-residents).
Executive Lounge: Available for private hire. Intimate contemporary styled room suitable for meetings, cocktail parties etc. Can accommodate up to 60 guests reception style. Equipped with plasma TV and WiFi is accessible.
The Shed Bar: 150 seats. Traditional style sports bar themed with past highlights of the Chelsea football team. Serves a bar menu as per the bridge Bar i.e. light meals, salads and sandwiches. Away Chelsea games shown on Plasma TV (fee). Open 11.00 till 23.00.

In all there are a total of 7 meeting/function rooms the largest of which is the Attenborough room with a capacity for up to 80 reception style.
