Introduction: The Travelodge Heathrow terminal 5 is located to the South West of the airport making it convenient for both Terminals 4 and 5. Its acrtually just off a roundabout with major road links to Heathrow, the M25 and the M4 motorways. Actually located in Colnbrook close to the Wraysbury Reservoir and by the Skyway industrial estate. This is an all no-smoking hotel. nearest major attractions are Windsor Castle (4.2 miles), Thorpe Park (4.3 miles) and Legoland (5.7 miles). Colnbrook can be described as a large village with a few local pubs.
  The Travelodge Heathrow Terminal 5 first opened in December 2007, making it a modern purpose built hotel.
All Travelodge's follow the same lines of standardised services. The facilities you will find at this and all other establishments are en-suite bedrooms with a king sized bed, television with films and combined radio, tea/coffee facilities and direct dial phone with modem connection.
The front desk will remain staffed 24/7. Some bedrooms have views off incoming and outgoing aircraft.
This Travelodge has a Bar Cafe located on the ground floor which serves a full range of alcoholic drinks as well as snacks, light meals, breakfast and diner.

There's no shortage of Travelodge hotels close to the airport. While the Travelodge Terminal 5 is convenient specifically for that terminal, for the central area of terminals 1 and 3 you may find the Travelodge Heathrow Central more appropriate as it is served directly by the Hoppa service to terminals 1 and 3.

Shuttle Bus: The hotel hoppa bus runs a service for £4 one way, £7 return (onboard £4.50 one way, £8 return)  to terminal 5 only. Runs every 20-40 minutes between 05.00 and 23.00. You can then transfer to other terminals using the airports free services.
