Introduction: On one of London's prime locations is the
45 Park Lane Hotel. Within Mayfair which is home to the largest collection of 5

45 Park Lane London is a
chic contemporary style hotel with an all-day dining restaurant. The work of
designer Thierry Despont, a New York based architect with a world wide reputation and who has
created a hotel with the feel of a private residence. Interiors are decorated in
a deeply sophisticated, glossy masculine style of intense, dark colours,
contrasting with light and sensual textures.
The buildings concrete-clad facade has been revamped to incorporate specialist
eco-friendly fins, which reduce the amount of heat from the sun onto the
building meaning a reduction in the use of air-conditioning. The 45 Park Lane
has an ultra-chic bar and restaurant.
A Fitness Studio is located on the first floor and remains open 24/7. Massage
therapists can be booked for in-room spa treatments. Further treatments are
available at the spa at he Dorchester Hotel opposite the 45 Park Lane.
All bedrooms are very modern in style with art deco influences where
the decor features rich natural materials contrasting with light colours and
soft textures. In your bedroom you will find the latest Bang & Olufsen
television along with floor to ceiling windows giving views out over Hyde Park.

Park Lane Suites are on the north corner of the hotel. They have a large
open-plan living space and feature views over Hyde Park and Park Lane. A
spacious living room is contemporary in style with warm, natural tones and
elegant lines. A hallway with cloakroom provides separate access to both the
living room and bedroom. Hi-tech amenities including Bang & Olufsen televisions
are featured throughout the suite. Can be configured as one, two or three
bedroom suites.

key-controlled lift for access. A wrap-around balcony offers panoramic views of

Dining and Relaxing:
CUT at 45 Park Lane: This is the hotels restaurant created by Wolfgang
Puck and is his first European restaurant. Located on the ground floor with a 76
seat capacity and with a separate lounge section. This is a contemporary American steak restaurant featuring innovative food in
a modern and dynamic environment. The wide ranging menu options include prime dry and wet aged beef, pan-roasted lobster and
sautéed and roasted whole fresh fish.
The International wine list has been specially created to compliment the
restaurants dishes. A
striking central staircase leads to a mezzanine level with a library and Bar 45.
Open: 07.00 till 10:30 (Sunday from 7:30), noon till 15.00, 18.00 till 23.00
(Sunday till 22.30).
BAR 45: Located on the first floor and accessed via a sweeping staircase. The bars serves its own menu along with the drinks
which includes unique cocktails and the UK's largest American wine selection.
The bar menu includes ‘Rough CUTS’ by Wolfgang Puck includes Mini Kobe Sliders
and House Smoked Pastrami Reuben Sandwiches.

12 noon till 03.00 (for residents).
The Library: Intimate room with its own splendour. Guest can relax here
with a bottle of fine wine or favourite drink. Complete with collection of books
and also fitted with business facilities.
The Screening Room: On the mezzanine level is this private movie
screening room with large and comfortable armchairs and is available for private
