Train
Gatwick has a Station underneath the South Terminal, allow 10 minutes to walk from the terminal to the station. You get between terminals for free by using the monorail link between the two buildings. This driverless and fully automated monorail link runs 24 hours between the South and North terminals. Both terminals have rail information desks and also facilities for purchasing tickets. You can also buy tickets in the station itself.
From here the non-stop service into London known as the Gatwick Express runs.
For more information on the Gatwick Express see the Gatwick to London Section

The station is part of the National Rail Network. The London tube/underground network does not extend as far as the airport. The Station  does however link with the tube service via the trains running into London.
