Aviance Executive Suite, North Terminal:
The lounge is located on the airside of the terminal, in
other words AFTER passport control and accessible only to
those with a boarding card. To find the lounge go through
passport control, through to departure Lounge, keep left,
turn right & follow signs to the Lounge Pavillion. Open
06.00 till 21.30. If you arrive at the lounge before your
booked time entry is at the discretion of the lounge staff.
Dress Code: Smart casual dress code (no baseball caps,
shorts, football shirts) and Lounge staff reserve the right
to refuse admission. Smoking is not permitted in this
lounge. Infants up to 2 years are free of charge, do not
enter these onto the booking. This lounge does not
have information screens. Facilities include: Television,
Newspapers, Magazines and Toilets. Business Centre
Facilities: Telephone, Fax. There is a lift and also
disabled toilet facilities. The runway cannot be viewed from
this lounge.
Servisair Lounge Gatwick South Terminal
he lounge is located on the airside of the terminal, in
other words AFTER passport control and accessible only to
those with a boarding card. To find the lounge go through
Passport Control to departure area & follow signs to Airline
Lounge on Upper Level access by stairs or lift. Open 05.00
till 22.00. You can enter the lounge 3 hours before your
flight is due. Dress Code: smart casual dress code and
expected reasonable behaviour from guests. This is a Non
Smoking Lounge. Children are permitted into this lounge.
This lounge has flight information screens. It is the
customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
Facilities include: TV, Complimentary Bar, Showers, Toilets,
Disabled Toilets, Newspapers/Magazines, Snacks. Flight
information calls made. Business Centre Facilities: Phone,
Fax, Internet, Credit Card.

Landside via lift to 3rd floor. Airside lift to Upper Level.
