The Business centre at Heathrow Airport is located in the Queens
Building and is run by Travelex. As a commercially run service there are
charges for all services. The Queens Building also houses the airports
medical centre and is situated between terminals 1 and 2. All terminals
will be signposted for the Business Centre. From Terminal 4 you will
need to use the Heathrow Express to take the free ride to the central
terminals areas of 1, 2 and 3. The centre is located Landside so that
means BEFORE security check-in.
The Travelex Business centre at Heathrow is designed to meet the needs
of clients requiring to host events, both small and large, at the airport itself.
At the Heathrow Business Centre you will find nineteen meeting rooms, a
multi media communications centre, a business lounge, an extensive
catering service and private shower facilities.
The meeting rooms have a capacity for anything from 2 to 30 people.
Facilities include plug sockets, sound-proofing, air-conditioning
telephone line, internet connection and overhead projector. There’s also
a conference room which can handle up to 60 delegates theatre style with
a filly automated media wall.
Services on offer include Photocopying, faxing and acetate service,
Message taking, Courier service and Catering.
You will find a Lounge which is fully air conditioned with refreshments
available as well as a Licensed bar (Monday till Friday from 11.00 am).
The communications centre will allow you to keep in touch by fax, or
email, recharge mobile phones, print out presentations and surf the
internet.
