Bus and Coaches
London buses do not operate from Stansted which is outside London in Essex.
The coach station is located below between Zone C and D of the Short Stay Car Park. This is actually below the level of the terminal although its still an open air car park and coach station. Access to the terminal is via ramp and walkway. In the main terminal is a coach ticket desk open 6 am till 01.00 am and you can also buy tickets in the coach station itself 24/7. Tickets can also bought on the coaches themselves. Not all services are wheelchair accessible to its best to check this out before you travel if this will be a requirement.

727 -  Thetford, Norwich, every two hours direct.
737 - Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Oxford, every 2 hours
757 -  to Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe and Oxford every two hours.
767 - Nottingham, Leicester, Luton,  every 2-3 hours
777 - to Luton, Milton Keynes, Coventry and Birmingham. Up to every two hours.
797 -  to Heathrow, Gatwick and Brighton every two hours.

They also run a service called Airdirect - Express service, which runs to Ipswich every two hours in luxury coaches. Journey time -75 minutes.
