How to get from Stansted Airport to Heathrow Airport:
Number one option for travel between Stansted Airport and Heathrow
Airport is the National Express coach.
Remember that the times listed below are all journey times. As for transferring
between airports you must allow time for picking up bags and walking over to the
transport of your choice and of course the check-in times at the destination
airport. In general this would be around 75 minutes from landing and at least an
hours check-in time at the destination airport.

National Express have 3 buses making the Stansted to Heathrow connection. All have onboard WC. Tickets can be bought at the
airport.

Train:
Stansted Airport Station is located just beneath the terminal building where
facilities are available for purchasing tickets. All services cater for special
needs although you are not able to travel with a bicycle on the Stansted
Express.
1: Train from Stansted Station (Stansted Express) to Liverpool
Street Station. Transfer to tube. Take the Hammersmith and City Line
to Paddington Station. Transfer to Heathrow Express for ride into
Heathrow Airport.

Cheapest Option
There is a cheaper but longer option for Stansted to Heathrow which may be of interest if your on
a very strict budget. You can take the EasyBus coach service into
Victoria station (or Baker Street) in central London and then take the London tube out to Heathrow
airport (requires change of trains). Easybus fares from
£1.95- £12depending
on when and how far in advance you book.
Expect your total journey to take around 2 to 3 hours. Total cost is
around £7 - £18 depending on how early you book with easybus for a standard single fare.

Stansted to Heathrow by Road:
Journey is best travelled via the M11/M25/M4.
Leave Stansted and pickup the M11 southbound towards London. After
around 14 miles you will pickup the M25 Northbound Anticlockwise
section towards Heathrow and the A1. Stay on the M25 for around 44
miles and come off at the M4 Eastbound section towards Heathrow
Airport. Heathrow is off the first junction and is well sign
posted. You can take this route for terminal 4 or stay on the M25
till the next junction which is signposted for terminal 4.
Expect your journey by car/taxi/minicab to take 40-80 minutes.
Expect your coach journey to Heathrow Airport to take 80-120 minutes.
