Diamond ratings are a system of ratings specific to guests houses and Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Rated in a different way to hotels (who have star ratings), with the emphasis on guest care and quality rather than provision of extra facilities. Like the star ratings the levels are from 1 diamond at the lowest level to 5 diamonds at the highest level.
