A guest who stayed at the 47 Park Street rated it 4 out of 5 and said:
The first stop on a month long European Vacation and it was a real haven after the long flight from Australia. We had stayed at this property 10 years earlier and must admit that were less "blown away" this visit, however we have stayed in some pretty good properties in between visits so expectations may have lifted. Make no mistake this is an expensive place to stay but that's London and the location which is Mayfair so the monopoly board is right, it costs a lot if you land on it. The staff were terrific and the 2 bedroom apartment was bright and well furnished but slightly "tired" in my view and probably in need of a spruce up. The location is great just a few streets from Oxford Street shopping and cabs were plentiful. It really did feel like you were coming "home" at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

A guest to the apartments rated the experience as 5 out of 5 and commented:
We had a lovely stay at 47 Park Street during our honeymoon. We rented a single-bedroom flat which was quite well-appointed. The furniture was almost new and there was little sign of wear in the flat. The kitchen was especially well-equipped and contained everything we needed for making tea and preparing breakfast. We had one late dinner at the flat following a long day trip to Kent. The staff at the residence were very unobtrusive. Maid service occurred twice daily and the place was absolutely spotless. Sheets and towels were changed daily. They even washed our dirty dishes while we were out! Being fairly familiar with London, we had little need for concierge services, though they were readily available. Our flat was very quiet, even though there were people occupying the flats on either side of us and above and below us. There was only one minor incidence of noise. The Arab gentleman staying next to our bedroom played Al Jazera rather loudly on his television set one afternoon whilst we were napping, The residence is very centrally located in a wonderful part of town. It is about a five minute walk to Oxford Street and the Marble Arch tube station. New Bond Street is about a ten minute walk. We bought groceries in the food halls at Selfridge's and Marks and Spencer. The food hall at Selfridge reminds me of what Harrod's food hall was like 10 or 15 years ago. It was a little over the top and we tended to favor groceries from M & S. There are also a number of excellent restaurants and pubs nearby including the restaurants at Grosvenor house and the Dorchester hotel. Taxis are readily available and private cars are available on request. Traffic can be daunting in the area and parking is prohibitively expensive. I would not advise bringing your personal car into the area. Some of our transportation was rather unique during our stay. We took a lovely steam train trip our of Victoria Station down to Canterbury where we stopped for about four hours. The remainder of the trip was travelling down to Dover, passing beneath the White Cliffs and back to London. Food was served the entire time we were on the train. I'd suggest contacting the agent, Steam Dreams, to see if such a trip is available during your visit. They also run excursions to other cathedral cities including Chester, which is well-worth a visit. I must also mention Carol Thoms who provided private transportation for us down to Chartwell and Leeds Castle and a return trip to Gatwick. She is an exceptionally friendly woman, eager to please and has a phenomenal knowledge of Harry Potter trivia. I believe she has a web site outlining her services. Altogether, our experience was significantly better than expected. Many Americans will balk at the cost of this accommodation. I must say that it was worth every penny of it! Having stayed at many London hotels, this was clearly the finest I have experienced. I would return at the drop of a hat.
