| Rated 3.9 out of 5: Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the boiler had broken and there was no heating/hot water. Staff gave us a discount and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We were made aware of the problem before we arrived. Rated 3 out of 5 : Yes the rooms are small and basic, there is also road noise from the front, but this is the sort of hotel you go to for specific purpose not a weeks holiday. I went for the football(5mins, just walk round the corner) and a meeting in the city( 20mins on central line). I found it clean, well placed ,warm and welcoming, the en suite is tight but usable and breakfast adequate. Not a Ramada or Jarvis but not 90 quid either. If you want the facilities of the hotel chains stay away, you will disappointed , if you want a nights sleep near central London, you could do worse. Rated 3 out of 5 : Was going to see a band at the Shepherds Bush Empire and wanted somewhere cheap and friendly to stay. This hotel was exactly that with kind, friendly staff and only 5 mins from the venue. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was great and served to us which by the friendly staff. I think this is a family run business. |
