| Rated 4 out of 5 : My husband & I recently stayed here 1 night as we were catching a morning flight. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful without prompting - offering to arrange for a wake-up call, taxi and providing bus schedule info [there is free bus service to/from Arora (just outside their front door) to Heathrow - see hotel website for instructions/directions]. The room was good size, clean, well equipped (e.g., with 2 hair dryers) and very quiet. There is a restaurant & bar in the hotel. We went down the street 1 block (turn right when you leave hotel) to a Chinese restaurant (called London, HongKong) which another Tripadvisor poster recommended. It is a large restuarant - multi-room & 3 floors. The food was very good but the service was very disorganized and extremely slow - I certainly would not recommend it if you are on a tight schedule. Rated 5 out of 5 : Be sure you get to the right hotel. There is another one in the same chain not too far away. This one is within walking distance of car rental lots. This hotel was very comfortable; accommodating staff; nice room; good dinner. We left too early for the breakfast. They very helpfully arranged our transportation to Heathrow. Rated 4.3 out of 5 : Liked: The room is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Disliked: The transport to the hotel from Heathrow airport through the Central Bus Station may need more clear instruction. Overall: A very clean room and good value for money. Rated 5 out of 5 : A fantastic hotel, a fantastic visit to Wembley to collect the Carling cup with the champions. Rated 4.5 out of 5 : If you are staying overnight at Heathrow, London, the Arora International hotel is very well located, close to the bust stop. Has a very courteous check in, excellent room view facing the North runway, no noice in the room due to very good noise proofing. All amenities in the room like cofee makes & good toiletry. Smith's kitchen is very good to relax in the evenings for a drink with good food.<br />The American Breakfast is perfect to kick start your day. Will go back again !!! |

| Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: November 2010 review: just returned from a 2 night stay at Arora with my fiance. We go to London 3-4 times per yr, and like to try out different hotels. We had a fantastic welcome, with curtious, knowledgeable staff on hand. The room was spotlessly clean with fabulous views. Very impressed with no sound of aeroplanes. The breakfast was of a very high standard with excellent staff, as to was dinner in the bar in the evening. We intend to return to this hotel soon. Very well reccommended. |
