| Rated 4 out of 5: Had a 2 night break here. Staff friendly. & helpful. Typical 3 star Hotel. Room was clean (although the bed was on wheels?). Breakfast was fine & plentiful. Great location within walking distance for Theatres & Covent Garden. Close to the British Museum. Good value. Rated 4 out of 5: Stayed at the Bedford hotel, Russell square. Great location clean and pleasant hotel but had problems with other guests causing a great deal of noise and generally boisterous until at least 3-00am. |

| Rating out of 10: 9 Date stayed: August 2006 review: We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Aug 2006. The reception /lobby area is superb, with marble, chandeliers & an impressive staircase. The room was ok. Very clean & tidy & had air con. Poor view but how long do you spend in your room when visiting London? Breakfast was busy so get down early, but a great choice and the staff were very pleasant & helpful. It's 1 stop away from Kings Cross on the tube, then under 1 minute walk to the hotel & there's a 24hr Tesco opposite the tube station. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend. |
