The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Although we were a little early and the room wasn't quite ready they offered us a drink whilst we waited. The restaurant was bright and airy and the staff were again very helpful. Overall the hotel was very good value for money, clean, well decorated and of a high quality.

A guest to the Best Western Bromley Court rated the stay 4 out of 5:
When we are in touch with the Agency that books our Accommodation, we try to avoid Best Western hotels - there have been some pretty appalling places we've been sent. Bromley Court doesn't fall into this category; good car parking; reasonable rooms; an excellent conservatory overlooking the garden for breakfast. The breakfast staff have always been courteous and helpful. I have also visited on a couple of occasions outside the work environment for an evening meal and again we cannot fault the hotel. I'm quite happy to add it to my list of hotels I'm happy to stop at. Finally although shown as "London" - its a good hours drive under normal traffic conditions to central London from Bromley.

We have stayed several times on saturday nights and are fully aware of how hectic it can be for reception with 2 weddings going at same time. Check in on this occasion was slow despite there being only 1 customer in front of us. Receptionist was more interested in banter with another employee. She asked us the same check in questions several times. This was a disappointing start but the room made up for it. It was very quiet despite the hotel being almost full. Check out was efficient and courteous.
