| Rated 3.5 out of 5: Liked: Friendly service, Breakfast was good. Disliked: My room was too cold so had to switch on the additional heating provided in the room. Rated 3.5 out of 5: Room was clean and of a decent size, reception was 24hrs so no problem getting back late (useful for new years eve!).<br />Only criticism is that the room was very hot, heating was on full blast all evening and night and the radiator in the room was not adjustable. Rated 3 out of 5: We stayed at the Raglan for 2 nights. Before our visit we had read the other reviews and wondered what we would find. The reception area was attractive. 24 hour reception. Our room was well furnished and bed linen attractive. The room had clearly been recently refurbished and had double glazing. We were aware that renovation work was being undertaken but this was unobtrusive. Breakfast was a simple continental one but perfectly adequate. There was an option to purchase a cooked breakfast. It was vey easy to get into central London. Bus stop only a couple of hundred metres and buses regular. |

Rating out of 10: 2 Date stayed: August 2007 review: This is not situated on a quiet road and the noise from the bar/nightclub within is awful. The rooms were very hot so you had to decide which was worse the heat or the noise! The service was appalling and we were locked out of our room on our second night. Not what you need when returning from a wedding reception with 2 small children! In fact I'd go as far as to say this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and if you are thinking of holding your wedding here - don't. They even made our bride move rooms whilst she was getting ready and charged her for the experience!!!! |

Rating out of 10: 8 Date stayed: May 2006 review: I stayed here last week, they have just finished a refurbishment and it felt really good. The room had new furniture and a flat screen. There was internet in my room, which was cool, the bar was buzzy and classy and the food in flutes was remarkable. I would recommend the raglan if you are in Muswell Hill |
