Reception staff very friendly & helpful, clean & comfortable, good breakfast, god rate for a location so close to central London. Very pleased!

Excellent hotel in good position in London. Rooms small but clean, a couple of little negatives- fuzzy tv, struggled getting warm water in evening but fine in the morning but overall good value for money. Very helpful, efficient and pleasant staff. Have already recommended to friends for a short break.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early February. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. Room was quite small but clean and cozy. Beds and pillows were comfy enough. Breakfast was basic but nice. Very well located, 3 minutes walk to the baker street tube station, starbucks is just around the corner, also walking distance to Tesco. Area was quiet as it is not facing the major/main roads. Overall we like it here and probably will come again!

This is a great little hotel. It is really well located, just 2 minutes' walk from Baker Street tube station but far enough down a quiet residential street that it is a peaceful place to stay. I couldn't hear the traffic on Euston Road even when I tried! The rooms are pretty small, but nicely finished, with modern bathrooms and temperature control (which is good as my room was on the cold side when I arrived). The TVs in the rooms also have Sky Sports which is a plus in my opinion! Everywhere is extremely clean and the staff are pleasant - I would definitely stay here again.
