Great hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bar / bistro. It is unstuffy and rooms come with a host of nice touches including some spray for your pillow which apparently helps you sleep (that is if the honesty bar has not already helped that process). has a sister hotel in Knightsbridge which is also well worth a stay

I have stayed here a few times and plan to go back next month. The staff is very helpful in finding restaurants - all good and giving advice when requested. The rooms are lovely - charming and roomy and with a distinctive style. The location of this small, boutique hotel is ideally located - it is close to many things with easy access to the Tube, yet still in a quiet, tree lined, beautiful neighbourhood. I can't wait to go back.

This is my second time staying the the Charlotte Street hotel, Staff lovely, check in was quick. mince pies were lovely ! Thanks..... Room was lovely but much smaller than the last time and overlooking buildings and a side lane... we can't all have a front room i suppose !.
Breakfast was superb again
The only think I didn't like was the ' pleasure kit - adult only' for sale in the minibar in the room.... think this is too classy of a hotel to offer this sort of rubbish for sale in the room. Surely clients who 'forget or run short or get lucky' can ring the concierge if they require that sort of thing.... really lowers the tone of the hotel. In saying that, it certainly provided a topic of conversation for dinner with friends that night.
I would go back like a shot to this hotel though.... perhaps Anna ( Hotel manager) might rethink the minibar area stock though :)

I have stayed in all the big hotels in London over the past 20 years and I have to say, categorically, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. A combination of superb staff, wonderful decor and a genuine feeling of escapism, makes this the perfect hotel. Faultless!! I have never written a review before but the hotel was so fantastic I felt compelled to write. Dreamy!!!!!!!!!!
