It’s been nearly 10 years since I stayed at the Chiltern Hotel in Luton, and what a change..... for the better.(and under new management) The staff were fantastic, every one of them professional and pleasant, the food was outstanding (try the Thai fish cakes) – exciting new cuisine with an international flavour making a change on the usual bland UK hotel dishes. The breakfast was well worth the money and the new décor in the restaurant was very smart with the service good, both for dinner and breakfast. Good parking, easy access, and reasonably priced. The rooms have been modernised to some extent, only down-point was that the rooms didn’t have all SKY channels, something I was told was going to be sorted out.  Liked — the food, Disliked — nothing
