| Rated 5 out of 5 : We stayed with our 2 grandchildren during a 4 days trip to London. We were upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite that included 2 bathrooms a large living room and a small kitchen. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, the people at the reception were so kind and helpful always with a smile, and to top it all Beverly the manager of the hotel really went out of her way to make everything possible so that our stay there would be pleasant - thank you Beverly. The hotel is very clean well kept - location is superb. To sum it up - our short stay in London was highlighted by the comfort of the suite the warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff and management. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all. Rated 4 out of 5 : Travelling to London I looked at lots of different hotels, but even the budget hotels seemed to cost a fortune! I saw these apartments for a very reasonable price, and have to say it was a fantastic place to stay! Very clean, very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. A guest to these apartments gave the hotel 5 out of 5 and commented: A fantastic apartment hotel in central London, really caring and thoughtful staff. We could not have been made more welcome and the apartment had lovely views out over the garden square in front. Our baby was well provided for with toys, cot and highchair and the internal lift made getting the buggy up to the room really easy. Felt safe and comfortable for the whole stay. The Manager is lovely and really helpful. We will go back every time we stay in London. |
