Handy for wembley stadium and central london ,hotel and staff are very helpful

The room we had was in an annexe and contained 2 single beds. The room was adequate for the nights stay we had booked but everything from the decor and fixtures and fittings were well used and showing a lot of wear.

We had an action packed weekend. Hotel very basic but the breakfast was great. Hotel very clean and parking on site. For what we paid it was excellent. Tube station just down the road so the location was ideal. We learnt such a lot about London on the open top bus tour. Visiting the museum was very interesting and very busy. Overall fantastic value for money and very interesting weekend. Got lots more planned sightseeing spots to go to next time. Boat trip on the Thames was an eye opener looking at all the different architecture.

Checked in & found no heating or hot water, complained twice before anyone came up to check. When they did they brought up a portable fan heater which worked for a few mins & then gave up. Mattress was very soft. Could hear floors creaking in rooms.

We booked the hotel in January 2009 ready for our trip to Wembley to watch the American Football in October. We chose the hotel after looking at various other ones in London and Wembley Area, because of the reasonable rates, facilities, nearby amenities and access to the Underground line for Wembley. On arrival we checked in with a very friendly receptionist who advised although we were early there were 2 rooms available for us. The rooms were of an average size with large windows so very light. We found that there was no Satellite TV as advertised only channels 1-5. The rooms were also very warm. One of our rooms was on the ground floor and from general chatting we think that one was slightly cooler. We checked in and walked to Kenton tube station as we were going to London for the afternoon. (approx 30mins away on tube) The next morning we walked into Harrow centre (approx 10-15 mons walk) got breakfast and had a look around the shops. We then got the tube from northwick Park to Wembley (approx 10mins). All in all, if I was going to Wembley again, I would stay at this hotel again as the location and general facilities are perfect for a 1 or 2 night break.
