Rating out of 10: 1 Date stayed: July 2006 review: My daughters and I were booked into this hotel for 4 nights. We left after 1 night due to insects in the room. We complained and go a room change to a higher floor, however, the insects were still there including in the bed covers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and feel it is well over due an inspection from environmental health. Rating out of 10: 1 Date stayed: February 2006 review: no choice but to give a rating of 1 otherwise it would be a minus score.this hotel is definately more like hostel accomodation. the worst experience i have ever payed for! our room was filthy with small ant like insects crawling everywhere!it had an adjoining door to the next room which was occupied by a staff member whose shower was on the landing next to us and made so much noise at all hours it was impossible to get any sleep. the staff were rude and all of them spoke only broke english pretending to understand very little. no hot water on the last day for showers. Rating out of 10: 1 Date stayed: June 2005 review: The room: so narrow that my husband, admittedly a tall man, could spread his arms and touch from side to side. The bed: billed as a double, was barely wider than a single to fit the narrow room. The bathroom: miniscule with a toilet that didn't work properly. Bedside tables: non-existent because the room was so narrow. If you want youth hostel quality at decent hotel prices, this is the place for you. |
