Rated 4 out of 5:
The hotel was in a great location for train stations, bus & coaches. Had I realised that it was so close to Victoria coach station I would have booked a coach from Gatwick instead of travelling on the Gatwick express.

Rated 3.5 out of 5:
I stayed in a single room on the ground floor. Check-in was efficient and friendly, even helping me with my bags (thank you). The room was clean, small and basic. Unfortunately I could hear the door towards reception open and close constantly, the mattress was a bit flatter than I like, plus the tv needed tuning on two channels. On the plus side: the work table was a good size, adjustable radiator heating appreciated, liked the vanity cupboard for my bathroom things, & the shower worked well. Would stay again but ideally in a bigger room.

Rated 4 out of 5:
This hotel is in walking distance of the London Victoria train station and tube, so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere you need to go. I didn't notice any noise issues from the trains. The room was large and comfortable, and so was the bathroom (we shared with friends, so there were four in the room). There was coffee and tea, but not much to snack on for breakfast, so you'll want to grab a full meal elsewhere. The staff was friendly, and we had no complaints about our stay there. It's a good value compared to other places in London, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a reasonably priced clean room in a safe, convenient location.

A guest gave the Comfort Inn 5 out of 5 and explained:
we stayed one night in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very competitively priced and the location, just up the road from Victoria Coach station, was faultless. We had a triple room on the ground floor with one double bed and one single. The room was spotlessly clean and in good repair. The room was average size for London. Space was a little lacking if you had large suitcases; i could imagine feeling claustrophobic if staying for an extended period but for short stays the room had everything we could want. Although on the ground floor, noise fom outside was not an issue. Some noise did travel within the building, but this was not a problem for us. The room was also really warm. I like it that way but I can see how others may find it overbearing as there is no air con available to cool you down. The bathroom was small but perfectly formed. No individual toiletries were provided however there was a Dove soap dispenser by the sink for washing hands and Lux shower gel dispenser within the shower cubicle. Towels were plentiful but a bit on the small size. There are free tea and coffee facilities in each room. Guests also have free unlimited use of the hot drink machine in the lobby/breakfast area. There is a vending machine too selling a variety of cold bottled drinks. Breakfast was basic but in plentiful supply; pastries, croisants, muffins, cereal, yoghurt , jam and cheese. There is a toaster available so that you can toast bread. My only major complaint is that the food area and seating area would benefit from being bigger as it is rather cosy. Staff were pleasant, friendly and eager to help. After check out we were able to leave our bags until we were ready to catch our coach home. There is a ?1 fee per bag left. Upon returning to collect them, one member of staff insisted on helping us to the door with the bags. All things considered, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. For location alone it is worth every penny that we paid.

review: In my time I have stayed at some dreadful places BUT this was not one of them. Staff very polite and keen to help. Room clean and warm. I don't drink tea or coffee but was able to help myself to hot chocolate from the lobby. After I had checked out I came back and asked if I could stay in the lobby for awhile. I was told 'yes and help yourself to drinks'. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
