| Rated 4.4 out of 5 : Liked: Comfortable place for couples or family with kids. Nice apartment with facilities in good working condition. Overall: Myself and family were quite impressed with the apartment and won't mind staying there again Rated 4.5 out of 5: Stayed here for a one night Bon jovi stop over, not the room as advertised on the website as think we were upgraded to a six sleeping apartment. cost about ?8 to get to O2 by mini cab from apartments, though you can take the bus for ?2 and takes about 20 minutes.<br />Apartment was nice though could have been cleaner (top of kitchen doors) but general cleaniness of apartment was good. did lacked a mirror near a plug socket to do our hair in. View was nice and could watch the planes fly into the airport. Woolwich town centre was less than 2 minutes walk and lots of places to eat. sainsbury even closer for tea/coffee/milk & bread Would stay again. Rated 3.5 out of 5 : The apartment was great, lots of room and great views of the Thames. Unfortunately it was impossible to contact the apartment contact which was really frustrating, that coupled with an incompetent person on front desk, gave us a really difficult start to the stay. Initially he told us to park in an open carpark unsupervised and completly open, on pressing he then told us to park in the adjacent multistorey which had a special floor for the apartments with cctv. We then couldn't get into the block as we needed codes for the doors, fortunately a couple helped us to get into the block, Then we couldn't get onto our section of the 9th floor as another door needed another code. After visiting the reception 4 times we eventually got into the apartment which was lovely, shame about the customer service. If you stay here, get the codes before you go, it was dreadful for an hour. |
