| Rated 4 out of 5: The staff were helpful, but the room we stayed in smelt of smoke as another guest was permitted to smoke a cigarette right outside our room. We were also kept awake by a continuous noise coming from the next room - when I rang reception at 3am they asked me to contact the room next door and deal with the noise myself. I did do this and the situation was resolved, but I did not think this was my place to speak to another guest. Rated 4 out of 5: Stayed here 6th January 2011 for one night before travelling from Gatwick. Arrived at airport, following internal flight and was slightly unsure where to go for airport transfer. Rang hotel was told someone would be there within 5 minutes, and indeed they were. Room comfortable, good for price paid and very clean. Would stay again. Excellent location, very close to airport |

| Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: December 2005 review: Cannot praise this hotel enough, everything was excellent, friendly, welcoming staff-nothing was too much effort for them, cleanliness, comfort of bedroom,a great start to our holiday from Gatwick airport.Will definately be staying here again, and will recommend it to all friends and collagues.
