Very helpful reception, modern rooms, very theatrical entrance and dining room. Free parking
Food tasted good but was expensive and lack of choice for room service.

Very nice hotel, very posh, food excellent, very romantic weekend, excellent location. Lovely country views the only downside was that we were unable to walk around all the 10 acre's of the grounds due to warning signs of no access beyond this point and that point.

This Tudor-style country hotel, on the fringes of London, is truly great! A hidden gem. They still serve afternoon tea and a very British breakfast and the staff remembers you by name. One of them even ran me down to the railroad station when we could not get a taxi quickly due to a massive traffice snarl. Another offered me a room early in the day when I came off a night flight so I could bathe and rest. Rooms are comfy cosy too.

review: Our son had a wedding party for 150 guests here, the atmosphere was wonderful,the staff, particularly the Manager, who was most professional,were most attentive, we have had friends and family ringing us to say what a wonderful place and great time they had.Atmosphere was great!
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, great views, we arrived the first time when it was snowing, which made the place look magical, can't wait to revisit in the summer and sit in the gardens.
Thank you for some lovely memories.
Would definitely arrange another function there.
