Rated 4 out of 5:
i liked the way they welcome people with a fresh delicious cookie.
everything is OK except the rooms little bit are small.

Attended a literary conference at the hotel, so decided to stay for two nights. So amazing that we booked a third night. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Clean with healthy choice food. The Thai restaurant in the hotel although very expensive was a worthwhile treat. The staff exceptional in both restaurant and hotel itself.

Rated 4 out of 5:
We have just stayed here for just the 1 night, whilst taking in the Wizard of Oz show at the London Palladium - and really this hotel was just about right.
The guys on the reception area very very friendly & helpful - can't ask for more than that.
The room was very spacious & clean - excellent bed & bathroom....couldn't ask for any more than that. OK the view of an office block from the bedroom window isn't great, but you are never going to get a good view in the road behind Oxford Street! But this is the Hotel's great selling point - the location. It is literally behind the London Palladium, so if you are going to the theatre the walk is literally 2 minutes. Likewise for the shopping at Oxford Street, Regent Street etc.
The only minus that I would give this Hotel is for the Breakfast - to be honest it wasn't inspiring. Appears that the dining area is split into two halves and the bit where the breakfast is served needs modernising. The food was fine, but the whole bare atmosphere of the area cheapened the hotel.....it is better than that.
Would I recommend this hotel for staying in this part of London - definitely.

A hotel guest rated the stay 5 out of 5 and wrote:
This hotel is well-located for shopping in Regent and Carnaby Street as well as proximity to Buckingham Palace, Bond Street and a variety of shows and restaurants. Our room was wonderful, though the view was not, and their is a lively bar featuring old jail cells from the time when this building held the magistrates courts. We did not eat in the restaurant, but I can say I would definitely stay here again. My biggest praise goes to the concierge desk, which said yes to every request we came up with. A rarity.
