Rated 4 out of 5:
Excellent choice for a visitor coming to London. Most buses stopping at the hotel door take you to the nearby underground station of Kilburn in 4 minutes and there you are on the Jubilee line and 15 minutes away from any location in London. Spacious rooms with good acclimatisation and sound isolation. Fast free wifi Internet in public areas. Tea set in the room. Nice architectural merging between the old Crown bar and the modern hotel.
Although you can request hot meals at no extra charge until the kitchen closes, the trays with hot cuisine - scrambled eggs, fried bacon, sausages, toasts - are withdraw from the tables too early - about 1/2 hour before breakfast end time.

Rated 4.5 out of 5:
Excellent hotel, very comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would stay again. We were impressed that the General Manager took the time to email after our stay and thank us for completing the customer feedback form in the room - we've always competed these in other hotels but never really thought anyone read them!

Having just stayed at this hotel i feel i must let people know how enjoyable it really was .
The reception staff are very helpful always smiling even when we couldn't find our room , the breakfast was lovely ,choice of full English or a cold selection , we visited the restaurant a couple of time the food was outstanding ( especially the slow cooked beef)
The room was a good size and a beautiful bathroom with over bath shower .I have to add the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in .
OK Cricklewood is a typical inner city area but we never felt worried when we went for a wander unlike some parts of London .When we arrived the local tube line was not working but we travelled by bus and to be honest we got to see a lot more of London this way ,the bus stops right outside the Hotel and you are never waiting more than a couple of minutes (nice 1 Boris). This Hotel is now number 1 on our list for London. We were staying in the Hotel on the weekend of the Irish Parade so it was a great night in the adjoining pub listening to the Irish people singing all their traditional songs a night to remember. If you are looking to visit the capital this Hotel is a must ,wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

review: I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on two occasions for a few days each time. the first time was with my workmates ,a very well known band from Ireland and the second time with my wife and daughter when we went to see Phantom of the Opera in Her Majesty's Theatre in Haydock. The hotel is fabulous and I have stayed in many good hotels and a few dumps as well over many years and in many countries. The rooms are very comfortable. the leisure centre is a must. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The bar is full of character and had good live music. The breakfast was great. Its in a great location and the area is like a friendly village with many good shops. The old Galteemore Dance Club was just up the road but sadly no longer in existence. I will stay again in this hotel.

review: My Husband, Mother-in-law and I just returned from staying at the Crown Moran Hotel in London for 6 nights and we had an excellent stay! The rooms were new, clean, and high quality. The service of the hotel staff and in their restaurant was wonderful. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the Kilburn Station on the Jubilee line, which is one of the nicer Underground lines. The hotel is located in an ethnic residential neighborhood, there is a grocery store next to the hotel and the hotel has many nice amenities. I found a very reasonable rate on Expedia and the full cooked breakfast that's included in your stay makes it a great deal. I will definitely stay there the next time I go to London.
