| Rated 4 out of 5: Stayed at this hotel to attend a show at the O2 arena. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was worth the money. Check in was quick especially since we were not the only ones there for the concert that night. I chose this hotel based on the reviews that I read on it's proximity to the O2 but I would recommend you take a cab ,since even though the venue is appears close it is not an easy walk. Rated 4 out of 5: Performance of staff: welcome, know-how (very good), kindness; - Cleanliness of the room and the bathroom as well. - Bar and restaurant look like older than they are (Crowne Plaza Docklands); - The decoration inside the hotel seems older than the facade; - Problem with the alarm clock on TV. Overall: - Hotel better for business travel than leisure travel. Rated 4 out of 5: Went to see concert at the o2. Tickets provided by Superbreak were excellent - vip lounge included! Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Docklands. Views of o2 and canary wharf. Access to DLR and tube very good and o2 easily reached. Hotel was excellent, leisure facilities good. Concierge service always helpful. Had breakfast and evening meal in hotel. Food was excellent, particularly the breakfast however appeared very short staffed both mornings. Rated 3.5 out of 5: i booked the hotel because it said it was 0.8 miles from the 02 arena. fine if you could fly. we paid 14 pounds to park at the hotel, 16 pounds to get a taxi to the 02 and 23 pounds to get back to the hotel, which we thought was walking distance. you should state that you are not in walking distance as you have water in between the hotel and o2 arena |

Rating out of 10: 7 Date stayed: April 2007 review: Quality hotel in everyway, rooms comfortable, food great and a nice friendly attmosphere. Only downside was that I was travelling on a budget so i left my bank cards at home to avoid temptation and only had ?100 cash. Hotel insisted that I eaither leave a credit card or ?150 deposit, as I had neither, the situation became tense and I was being refused entry into my prepaid room. After half an hour and intervention by the manager I was allowed to stay but they insisted on emptying the mini-bar in my room. Talk about being made to feel SMALL. Stayed in other hotels around area for past 5 years without same problem. It was the insistance on leaving ?50 per night deposit that got my back up, looking at the prices of the items in the mini bar though ?50 wouldn't of been enough. Would of given 9/10 otherwise. Rating out of 10: 1 Date stayed: December 2005 review: New Year eve party special, the only thing special was that the bar area was between 3 and 5 degrees Celsius due to the fact that the main entrance doors open into the Isle Bar? (Great Architect) had to wear coats all night!!!! So to sum up great if you re an Eskimo otherwise don t stay here during the winter months!!! Plenty of warm hotels in London!!!!! |

| Rating out of 10: 9 Date stayed: February 2004 review: What a fantastic hotel! staff at reception were polite and courteous, restaurant served excellent food and manager and waiters were very attentive. Facilities were amazing with a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and a very good gymnasium I recommend that you stay here! |
