| Rated 4 out of 5 : Stayed here for 2 nights for business. Excellent location for tube and conference facilities in Westminster. Stayed on Room and Breakfast basis. had a nicely appointed double room for one person with all the "extras" expected of this star rated hotel, fluffy towels, bathrobes, nice toiletries, in room tea and coffee and quality biscuits. As an added bonus they also provided 2 bottles of water and chocolates each day. Breakfast was buffet style and of good quality and there was plenty of choice. My room was well appointed overlooking the Buckingham gate. It was quiet and warm and I have no complaints. I paid in advance so just checked out quickly and efficiently on my last day. If you can secure a good rate for this hotel its a good option for visiting houses of parliament etc. Rated 5 out of 5 : Stayed here just before Christmas, second time in a year, loved it first time and felt the same after 2nd visit! Beautiful entrance & foyer, great service from helpful staff, lovely comfortable room, spacious bathroom too. Great location, 5 mins from Buckingham palace & 15 min walk to Leicester sq. Highly recommended! Rated 5 out of 5 : We stayed for our anniversary and got a lovely upgrade to a suite. The place was spotless, the service very very good. Hotel felt luxurious with some lovely modern restaurants and a great long bar. We ate at Quilon and it was superb. Really wanted to try the spa and gym as well but no time. We really couldn't fault any of it and count it as one of our best nights away ever! |
