| Rated 4 out of 5 : the reception is painted white, with interesting mural decor. We found the rooms to be clean and surprizingly large. we parked our car here for 8 days while away. The prices compared to others in the area was good. THe key feature was its proximaty to the airport, the shuttle service, which was prompt as promised. The only thing that does let this hotel down is the service in the resturant. Unfortunately it was very busy when we came, and they only had 2 waiters. but apart from that a1 experience Rated 3 out of 5 : Difficult to find from the M11 without a Sat Nav. Cars can be left for holiday parking at the hotel but it is not secure. Room allocated was near front door where constant vehicle movements occur at all hours to the airport. Airport Transfer short 5 - 7 minutes in a car barely adequate. dont use it for skiing unless different transfer vehicles are provided. Gloomy restaurant with noone in. Asked for a G&T at the bar, no gin just emply bottle replaced on the shelf. Rated 4.1 out of 5 : Liked: Staff very friendly and extremely apologetic of the slight delay as we arrived at the same time as several other people. Restaurant good - staff again very friendly, meal served promptly. Disliked: The toilet flush was a bit temperamental. Overall: Good value for a stopover to connect with an early flight - no hitches although we did wait about 20 mins for pick up when we arrived, as opposed to the 5 quoted. Rated 3.5 out of 5 : I waiting suttle bus more that 1 hour,call 2 time,but at first tell me waiting 10 min at bay 36. Suttle cost 3,5 pound,but been in page 3 pound. I asked receipt in hotel,I pay by cash,but not received it,it need for my company. They tell me that passing after,but for morning I not received.I give my e-mail adress to driver at morning,because,nobody been morning in hotel ,I try call us well, driver tell e that send after all to me,but for this time i not received it. It very bad. |
