Friendliness & helpfulness of staff. Exceptional value for money. We stayed in a studio self catering apartment which was fabulous. In easy reach of the underground network. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend the Dolphin House highly.

Hotel very spacious for London, very clean and enjoyed the Pimlico location near to the tube. Staff let the dolphin down. We were refused service in the hotel restaurant at 9.50pm even though printed literature advised it as open until 11pm. Reception staff couldn't help with advise as to where to eat. Stumbled across an absolute gem just opposite the hotel, a Spanish tapas bar, would stay here again but wouldn't rely on hotel staff.

The rooms are great, the service is good, staff is helpful and very accommodating. We had booked a non refundable stay in advance. However due to a medical situation we could not travel on those dates. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating enough to change the dates for us. It is about 7 minutes walk to the nearest tube (Pimlico) which makes it easy to get around London. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. A separate sitting area which was very useful when we had friends over.

review: A brilliant hotel we had a lovely 1 bed appartment with a little kitchenette which had two ring cooker, fridge and microwave all kitted out dishes etc. The staff were friendly the leisure facilities were brilliant very nice quiet area. it had a small shopping arcade which had a chemist, hairdressers, greengrocer small supermarket and cafe which does have a breakfast menue costing ?3-5 hotel ?12-14. The one down side was the ugly school in front however noise wiseit didn't bother us
