Rated 3 out of 5:
Me and my boyfriend stayed here on New Years Eve 2010, we arrives at 10oclock but checking in wasn't until 2oclock, they let us keep our case at the hotel until later on.
It is a very basic hotel, the bathroom was like out of a caravan it was very small luckily we didn't need to use the shower.
But for new years eve all you need a room is for a bed to sleep in. So for that sole use it was good. We didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment on it.
The location is really good, it is literally a 3 minute walk to Victoria Station. Most tubes go through the Victoria line which is an added bonus.
I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel for longer than one night, but it definitely a good value for money as it only cost us £85 for the room.

Rated 2.5 out of 5:
Guy on the reception desk was friendly, but he was alone in that, maybe due to language barrier which appeared to be present with the other staff. The room was up umpteen flights of rickety stairs, and would be struggle for anyone with heavy luggage. Rooms rather small, en-suite dated, with the shower temperature changing every time someone turned one on elsewhere. Breakfast was toast and jam, with a yoghurt or cereal if you wanted one. I needed more uumph than that just to get back up the stairs.

Rated 3.8 out of 5:
Cheap & convenient location-close to Victoria station, Buckingham palace, Westminster, etc.
The room is too small..

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very near to the Victoria station just 10 minutes walk. The room is basic and clean. Breakfast is just toast and cereal. There is no lift so be prepared to drag your luggage up the stairs. Overall is a good budget hotel and good location.

7 Tennis fans travelled to London and wanted to stay in a budget hotel that was cheap and cheerful and most importantly - clean! Well it was cheap, not so cheerful and it was clean. The rooms were en suite (v basic but ok). Bedding was clean and rooms an ok size. The breakfast was basic but kind of what you expect for ?25pp. The hotel is handy for the tube but that's about it..it's a good half hour by taxi to the centre of London (1 hour to the 02 arena). We'd recommend it for a 1 night stay in London for anyone not that bothered about having sausages, bacon and hash browns for breakfast.
