It was a lovely comfortable, clean hotel and it was very nice to be greeted by the owner Mr. Ali.
Nothing, all was fine

Rated 3 out of 5 :
I found a good offer on its website, I was visiting a friends so I took a single bedroom. it was really really small, but the bed was quite big and I didn't need anything more during my stay.
the hotel is very nice, modern and in a very strategic position close to the underground station and a bus station in front of the door.
I didn't get the breakfast in my offer, and if I wanted it, I would have to pay 15 or 17 pounds, which I think it is a lot, even for a good breakfast.

Eden Plaza is a bit like a Travelodge without a restaurant and only a limited bar behind the reception area. However there are plenty of pubs/cafes/restaurants within a few minutes so that's not a problem. The rooms are very small and because of other reviews I booked a double. It was very clean, tidy and functional with a good shower. Amazingly it had aircon that worked so that was a real bonus. As with many parts of London the traffic noise was quite loud but no different from other places. The staff were friendly and efficient and I would definitely stay again at the right price.

Friendly service , the hotel is clean, location is good, the only minus being that the standard double room are to small.

Rated 3.8 out of 5 :
Great location, very close to museums and underground, clean and modern (but small) rooms, friendly service and value for money (we paid £59/69 Pounds per night). Try to get rooms away from the noisy main road.
They charge you if you want your room before 14 o'clock, even when your room is already ready...

Good value. Excellent location. Small but clean room.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked this hotel. Past reviews of it had been rather unflattering, to say the least. What I found was a surprise. The hotel is in a fantastic position, close to the subway with a bus stop right out the front. Kensington gardens are a short stroll down the road and there are supermarkets and cafes everywhere. The place has been refurbished and so it is very clean and modern. The rooms, however, are exceptionally small (there's about 2.5 feet of space between the double bed and the wall - and the bed is up against one of the walls). The more than reasonable rates, however, compensate for the size of the rooms. For the location and the quality of the rooms, this place is exceptional value. I would definitely stay there again.

At the last minute we needed a hotel in the centre of London and we found the Eden Plaza online - without reading any reviews I booked it based on location and cost and then hoped for the best. My travel experiences over the years prompted me to look on trip advisor just to double check my choice of hotels and to my horror - extremely bad reviews. I called the hotel immediately and explained that if the hotel was not up to the standards detailed we would not be staying and would require a full reund. The receptionist explained that the hotel had been refurbished and we were welcome to view the rooms prior to check in, if at this stage we were not happy we could get a refund - we did exactly this. The rooms were compact to say the least but clean and new (free wi-fi is a bonus). The location is great the staff were friendly and all in all they are working very hard to improve the reputation of the hotel. Dont expect 5 star luxury at 2 star prices but be prepared for a well located clean hotel. I would use again.

Rated 3.9 out of 5 :
Liked: Staff helpful and friendly, Hotel very clean. Ideal location for Albert Hall and museums. Staff changed my room from basement to upper floor without any hassle.
Disliked: Room very small - bed was against wall on one side. Limited space for 2 adults to move around. Would not want this room on a weekend break, but fine for a one night sleepover mid week
Overall: met our needs, location convenient, would talk to staff and discuss room options before booking

Rated 3.5 out of 5 :
Rooms were modern and very clean but I have never stayed in a room so small. You literally have a 3 quarter bed in the corner and a tiny walkway to bathroom ( which is also tiny) and door that is it. Great travel links South Kensington underground is a 5 min walk from hotel.
