I stayed at The Egerton House hotel for the first time this month. Although I had only one night at the hotel it will not be my last.
The room was absolutely delightful, large beautifully appointed and with every amenity one could think of. The bed I can only describe as sumptuous I absolutely adored the pillows. I want some !!!
The staff go out of their way to assist you with anything they can. They offer assistance without being intrusive and mention your name every time you arrive at the desk. it amazes me how they can all know your name from morning staff to night staff. That is attention to detail.
The small bar is delightful and I did treat myself to a martini which was rather potent but equally rather good. I will have to stay longer next time to enjoy the hospitality of the bar. It was really buzzing by the time I left.
I cannot praise this hotel enough. It deserves every review it gets on this site (which is where I found it) and am looking forward to going back.

My husband and I travelled to London to see a concert at the O2 Simply Red last tour and The Royal Variety show the following evening. What a totally amazing couple of days. The shows were fantastic but the cherry on the top was the fabulous Egerton house hotel. Its was like having your own home with staff. Everyone was so lovely just couldn't do enough for us. Its so close to Harrods theres no need for tired arms from carrying bags, hotel so close you can pop back and drop them off have a cup of tea then go out again!

A very warm welcome and lovely room, although there was a knocking noise in the wall which disturbed me through the night. I mentioned this in the morning and was immediately allocated another room which was even nicer! Restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious. Despite being a lone traveller, was put at ease and able to enjoy my stay. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Everything was lovely. Overall: Egerton House is a rare gem in the heart of Knightsbridge. Small, quit, well-appointed and furnished room and bathroom, Moulton Browm bath products, superb service and delicious food. I will enjoy future visits to this well=located, upscale, yet unpretenious hotel.
