| Rated 3 out of 5 : Checked out the reviews from this website and was really not sure what to expect as there were mixed reviews. Location is brilliant, just 2 mins from earl's court station. Rooms are small but tidy, hotel staff is cordial and helpful. Food is really expensive, alternatively you can have it at many of the small restaurants in the area. We spent most of the 4 days visiting the attractions and used hotel for just sleeping at night. Rated 2.5 out of 5 : Liked: Not bad as tube station was only down the road. Good location. Disliked: Not bad but staff need abit more training Rated 3 out of 5 : Room was very small and the staff were quite unfriendly. The room was at a reduced rate for my stay which made it satisfactory value for money A guest gave the hotel 5 out of 5 saying: Stayed here for 4 nights based on tripadivsor reviews and was not disappointed. The hotel had a great central location with a 2 min walk to the tube station which was on the picadilly, district and circle lines. the lobby and exterior must have had a recent refurb as it definitely had a wow factor - the room was quite basic but clean and comfortable - exceptional value for London. breakfast in the hotel was also reasonably priced - we used this service on a couple of mornings. a bit of street noise at night but hard to avoid in a big city. highly recommend. |

| Rating out of 10: 2 Date stayed: June 2010 review: Has the Tube rail running right next to it, no matter how many time webook rooms, they always put us next to the tube wall - so noise all night unitl 1am. reception just dont listen to complaints. |
