| Rated 5 out of 5 : Clean and comfortable, good service a friendly smile from staff. Overall: This was our first visit to 'Quality Hotels' we were recomennded to you and on this occasion not dissapointed, we travelled on to Cheltenham and stayed at the 'Quality Hotel' there. It was very dissapointing and I will be complaining to Cheltenham. We will both recomend your venue and stay with you again should we be in the Area. Thank you. Peter and Lorraine Stellings Rated 4.5 out of 5 : Hotel very clean. Very high standard. Rooms very comfortable. Convenient location. Breakfast very good. Very disappointed with extra charges of ?5 for an hours Internet connection when had own laptop and despite large car park, being charged £7 per night - surely should be included in room price ?? Other than that, very nice and enjoyed our stay. |

Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: April 2011 review: Very, very clean hotel. Nice and friendly Personal, we`ve enjoy the time in London! I will sure come to this hotel again. Rating out of 10: 9 Date stayed: November 2010 review: I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I've stayed in many Holiday Inn express' before and this is by far the best. I was even surprised they served food. It was not a huge menu but what they had was really good and large portions. The rooms are all newly done up and decor is immaculate. I highly recommend staying there |
