I was visiting my extended family in Wandsworth, London in January, 2010. I was looking for closest hotel to stay and I picked Holiday Inn Express Wandsworth-Battersea. During check-in I left my wallet with all my credit cards, money and other documents. Before I got to my room the receptionist reached me and return my wallet which I did not have idea that I lost it. I would like to thank to the most trustworthy employee of this hotel: Themba Shangase and Ritesh Bhuwance. I also observed that these employees were always nice, pleasant and helpful to all customers and for their co-workers as well. I recommended this hotel to everybody.

Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Parking charged on bill when we did not park, bill not presented before payment so could not check before payment did not check until on plane going home only 2 parking paid for so not a big deal
Overall: overall great stay

So easy to find from the station and accommodation is excellent. The breakfast is cereals and pastries, toast, rolls and cheeses and it is plentiful and they keep on topping it up. There are many local restaurants for dinner if you wish. The rooms are very quiet despite the traffic on the road outside and I will stay here every time I visit London in future.

review: Bottled water is available from the bar,but is quite expensive I think. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and clean,it was an ideal location for our plans, but a bit of a walk from the nearest tube station at East Putney. Would definately stay there again. Probably will do very soon. Wouldn't drink the tap water but that goes for most hotels.

review: Location is okay but it's a nuisance not having any snack bar or other in-house facilities, you have to go round to the garage if you want some bottled water or a sandwich etc. Staff inexperienced and poorly trained. Had a nosebleed in the night, our luggage was seized and not returned to me until I paid ?100 for a new mattress! Beware...
