Rated 5 out of 5:
My Husband and I stayed here for three nights following a businesss meeting at the Excell centre. On the second and third night our 7 year old Grandaughter came to stay with us and the staff at the hotel were wonderful, they put a bed/ toys/ food/ drinks mini kidsdressing gown and slippers in the room all free of charge. We used the swimming pool on two occasions and the only problem was the childrens hours are only 2 in the morning crammed into one lane, but it is an adult gym so to be exspected and it did not spoil Harriets fun. Food exspensive so we ate elsewhere, lots of choice. Not a cheap Hotel but room good we paid for a river view, staff friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Rated 4 out of 5:
We stayed a night here, being the nearest hotel. We wanted to see what Four Seasons had to offer. The room we had was spacious and beautiful. However, being in the UK, I had expected a kettle for tea/coffee, and being an expensive hotel, perhaps even some water.
But there was none... so it going the way of Continental Hotels! In that regard, it was disappointing for the price you pay. We also had to pay for internet access.

A guest gave the hotel 4 out of 5 and said:
Four seasons hotels are always good, if a little formulaic. If you know the brand, then you already know that the rooms are good quality "business traveller" type of affair, but still attainable (to a point!) for those not on expenses. The real "USP" for this hotel is sunday lunch. It is a marvellous affair that brings in non-hotel residents from all around. It is a veritable feast! - Buffer service, but also full waiting service to help. Sort out the Bucks Fizz & bloody-marys to prepare Start with a plate of delicious beef carpaccio. Move on with a plate of very fresh sushi. Have a little mid-course pasta dish, prepared for you on the spot. Tuck into one of the choice of excellent roasts, cooked how you like it. Rest for a bit more alcohol! Desserts - dozens to choose from! Everything from bread and butter pudding with custard to the daintiest little creme caramel. How many do you want? Oh, and you can always go back for more of anything you want. It's quite easy to spend a good few hours at Sunday Lunch in CW Four seasons really indulging yourself, so you might need to book a room to sleep it off! Only possible downer - depending on your angle - I've been there quite a few times and it seems to be a favourite weekend retreat or something for the Arsenal team!
