| Rated 5 out of 5 : London previously never had a good and solid 5 star hotel, all the 5 star hotels in London were either 4 star compared to other cities around the world or they had the worst interior, furniture and bathrooms a guest can get in a hotel!!! Fortunately now, The Four Seasons Park Lane has taken London hotels to a new level and raised the bar for hotels in London if they want to compete with the four seasons.... I can't say enough about the quality of the interior, it's just great... The smell of brand new carpets and furniture throughout the public area of the hotel all the way to the rooms... it is just fresh to come from the bustling streets of London to a fresh place like the four seasons.... the service from the doormen is exceptional all the way to the concierge and front desk... I would give the management an Bonus Star for providing a special Halal in-room dining menu.... Great attention to the demand of middle eastern guests and the food itself is excellent.... Location is 10minutes walk to either the Knightsbridge area or the Oxford street area plus you'll find a lot of restaurant choices in Mayfair... Even though my expectation were high before my stay, i can assure you that during my stay all these high expectations were exceeded and I'm totally surprised by the amazing quality of the hotel... I had 1 issue in my stay which was about the housekeeping forgetting towels for the bathroom twice and also not changing the fruit plates or dirty towels which were left on the tables, but it was resolved quickly by the management there and i think their action after my complaint was satisfactory.... Rated 5 out of 5 : I spent THE first night after THE re opening in ?superior room. With ?great ambiance and service THE four seasons London Will be THE number one in town. From THE check in to THE check out you get an experience you Will never forget. Maybe some small starting problems but after some weeks it Will be ?leader of THE four seasons groupie such as THE George v in paris. |
