Rated 4 out of 5 :
I like the location in a quiet street and near to cafes, shops, restaurants and The British Museum. I arrived in the heatwave and was surprised that my room had no air con, so I had to try and open the window using the rubbish bin to wedge it open. But, a comfy and clean room helpful and friendly staff, a nice breakfast room and really pleasant conference facilities. Conference manager was charming and helpful.

After reading some good reviews about the Grange White Hall Hotel, we thought that we would take the plunge and book our long weekend there......we were not disappointed in any way. Upon arrival we were greeted by pleasant smiling staff and duly booked in. We were given room 11 which when I found out was in the basement immediately thought..."oh no" but I was wrong, the room was clean tidy and nicely decorated and backed onto a garden (we could just see the tops of the flowers) and more importantly was quiet...the only noise we could here was the local Blackbird singing in the garden. The night time was equally as quiet and every night we had totally undisturbed sleep apart from a drunk couple stumbling past one night.
Breakfast was a buffet type affair, but there was a good selection of cooked meats, cereals, breads, cheeses and fruit, again the staff were all friendly without exception, all passing the time of day.
Monday morning was met with a free newspaper and unfortunately our time to leave, despite booking out the hotel still looked after our bags for the remainder of the day until our train left in the afternoon.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was everything and more you would expect from a London hotel, slightly off the beaten track but this helps keep the area a little more quiet for a good nights sleep, I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

The Hotel was very pleasant as were the staff, the room was clean but the bed was too small at least for myself and my 12yr old daughter.I did ask to be moved to another but since the hotel was booked they were only able to move me the next day.The room itself was slightly larger but I didn't get what I asked for which was a view of the garden. Although it was central which is what i require i would'nt use the hotel again
