| Rating out of 10: 1 Date stayed: October 2004 review: Not at all impressed! the gym, sauna, steam room and pool were filthy and smelly. refreshments appallingly expensive. considering we had booked a room on the executive floor - these benfits were no better either. Very dissapointing start to our holiday. Rating out of 10: 8 Date Submitted: 9th February 2004 review: While my business trip on 1st week of january i stay in hilton heathrw airport .my stay was fine and i would like send my thanks and appretiotion to the great staff in your hotel called ( IFFI ) He was so helpful and doing his best to help the guest . Rating out of 10: 8 Date stayed: August 2003 review: I would first like to thank the Hilton Heathrow Airport for gladly accepting me on such a short notice(due to a missed flight). I received a room within 10 minutes, which included all the amenities that I needed. Not to mention, there were several restaurants conviently within the hotel. |
