Stayed here for 3 nights, our rate included breakfast & you could'nt ask for more, plenty of choice and great service. The room had an ensuite bathroom and was a good size, would have been nice to have tea & coffee in the room, but not a major problem.
Very easy to get places with bus & the tube right outside the door. Plenty of eating spots around and recommend a visit to The Swan a five minute walk down the road. Hyde Park is right across the road, and a great place to walk off the 'jet lag'.

Just returned from a 5 day stay in London at Hilton Hyde Park. I highly recommend staying at this hotel - located near two Tube stations, nearby bus stops, across the street from Hyde Park, clean, and the staff (from reception, room attendants, restaurant) were the most accomodating group of people I have ever encountered. Breakfast variety and quality of food was outstanding. Staff are very friendly and courteous, and seem to go out of their way to make certain you are satisfied and most willingly assist you if any problem or concern develops. They offer free internet service if I wanted to bring my laptop, but using their computer required a fee. I wish computer access in their business center was free for limited use - check email, social networking site. If I return to London, I will most definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly located across from Hyde Park, easy access to the tube with two stations nearby, literally just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel rooms were small, but not uncomfortable. The Staff was friendly and promptly attended to our room when we had some sort of power failure. It was an electrical problem, but it was immediately fixed by the staff. Reasonably priced for a London hotel and a good base to explore the main attractions by public transport. A variety of restaurants nearby, the Morrocan restaurant was a particular stand out. The hotel is also close to a small shopping complex with a cinema and several supermarkets.

We were very happy with the level of service we received from All the staff at the hotel. From our first greeting at reception to our farewell from the bell boy everyone was helpfull, cheerfull and professional. After staying at a number of 5 star hotels we definitely found the Hilton to be the Best value for money. Thank you

review: Booked 76 people into this hotel for a weekend in November and it was so good that I have already booked for November 2005. Staff are extremely helpful and the location is spot on. Rooms and meals excellent.
