Rated 4.8 out of 5:
The Reservations manager went beyond reach in order to respond to my reservation change. I would like to refer an exceptional member of the bar staff, Mr Ant?io Brito Rodrigues who excelled himself to please us and really made the difference. Very good breakfast and efficient check-out process. All in all, highly recommended.
The piano in the lobby needs to be tuned urgently.

Rated 4 out of 5:
Just what you would expect from a top hotel. Clean, efficient, all services available (ATM, Taxis, WiFi, etc). Very good value, almost half the price of some other smaller hotels in the area.

Rated 4 out of 5:
Overall, a great hotel. Room had a lot of light, but good block out curtains for sleeping. Good range at the buffet breakfast - my partner highly recommends the made to order omelettes. Staff friendly and helpful.
While it is a bit out from central London, its only a few minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush tube station, or Holland Park tube. There are also regular buses to Piccadilly or Kensington High Street.
The Indian restaurant across the road - the Royal Tandoori - is very nice and very reasonable priced - we ate there twice during our 5 night stay. There are also lots of places to eat at Westfield Shopping Centre, a 5 minute walk away. There is also free WiFi at the shopping centre.
The laundry across the road is expensive and doesn't do a very good job. If you need some washing done, walk across the road to the Royal Crescent, take the first left down St Annes Rd, and you will come to a much cheaper laundry that does a better job. You can also do your own washing there, but who would want to when London awaits!

review: We booked this hotel and then checked the reviews on other sites.... I have to say i was rather worried... but it was booked. The hotel is 8 mins walk from holland park tube (or get the 94or 148) bus which drops off right outside When we arrived the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful..Our room was small(what do you expect from london) but clean and very comfy (best nights sleep i have had in a hotel)The food was fantastic, breakfast set us up for the day... I certainly intend to go back...will not bother checking any other hotels for my london stays...
