the room was comfortable and well furnished and the hotel was in an excellent location for our visit to Olympia

Very mixed service from staff, some very nice and courteous and others rude. Every time we went to get back into our room our key card wouldn't work so had to go back down to reception each time. Air con in the room was broken which was a shame as rooms are very nice. Very clean hotel. Hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk from the tube station. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and great service.

Stayed here for 2 nights this week and quite enjoyed it. Hotel is a tad dated although my room was large enough compared to other hotels of this class. Air con only seemed to throw out hot air (in fairness I should have asked the hotel to fix it and didn't) so opened the window which made things somewhat noisy.
I was on a ridiculously cheap deal which included dinner on the first night and brekkie on both days. Think that there is a promotion on at the moment - check the website and take a look as it's a bit of a steal. Dinner is either 3 courses table d'hote or (I think) ?21 from the menu and I tucked into a fine rib-eye steak with a (not included) pint. Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet and I noticed that they also seem to have an omelette station.
What was excellent was the staff - lovely Indian lady who checked me in, really friendly team at dinner and at breakfast. No complaints whatsoever and as a HH gold card holder very happy to return.

review: Stayed here as part of my Trafalgar tour package found staff very polite and help full if you are wanting to see the sites in area Kensington Palace etc bus service is great also further away tower London etc the bus and tube will get you there
