A Holiday Inn Bexley Hotel guest gave the accommodation 4 out of 5 :
My partner and I stayed at the HI Bexley recently for my birthday. I didn't experience reception staff as he had checked us in already but the bar staff were fine, service was slightly slow but the drinks and bar area were quite sufficient. Our room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed. The bathrooms are a good size with a decent shower and the bedroom was great. Bed was a bit low and soft but it had a tv, sofa, usual amenities. Overall, a good stay. My only gripe would be that I think its scandalous that they charge residents of the hotel (who are paying to stay there!!) ?3 to park per day. Most unwelcome!

Rated 3 out of 5 :
I stayed at this hotel for four nights with a group on holiday. We had been moved from the Holiday Inn Rochester-Chatham where I had stayed before. This was not as good as the Rochester Holiday Inn in that it had fewer facilities, notably no indoor swimming pool. Everything about this hotel was just up to the standard I would expect from a holiday Inn but no more. A notable good point was that there are ground floor rooms with easy access (no steps) for wheelchairs to the restaurant, lounge, reception and outside. The hotel is very easy to find, as it is by a major road junction. The downside is that many rooms suffer from appreciable traffic noise which is not cut out entirely by the double glazed windows. A charge is made for using the car park - even guests and visitors have to pay. I considered this particularly mean-spirited of Holiday Inn Worth considering as a base if you can get a good nighly rate and don't mind traffic or paying to park your car.

Rated 4 out of 5 :
Good, fulfilled the need we had that night.
Disliked: Just the pressure of a decision for the breakfast option when booking in.

Rated 4 out of 5 :
Friendly and helpful staff, good food and service, clean and well presented overall. Why did i have to pay for the car park when i am a guest? I thought that was a cheek.
