A guest who stayed at the Holiday Inn Brent Cross gave it 4 out of 5 and said:
From the day we arrived, up until the day we left (which was 10 days later) we received nothing but great service from the staff at Brent Cross. The hotel was perfect for our needs, and I can honestly say great value. Loved the pillow menu! Ordered from room service a few times, and was never disappointed. Also ate in the restaurant which was just as good. Also loved having Brent Cross shopping centre across the road - what a lovely centre! All in all a lovely holiday!

review: not exactly a helpful hotel. No porter, no warm welcome and just a sparsley staffed hotel. Quite miserly with complimentary toiletries! You have to beg before you can get a shower cap. No Satellite TV! And 15 pounds for internet access for just 24 hours. NOt worth the money it chages.

review: Very disappointing indeed. The facilities and the room were basic and although the en suite was nice the shower had insufficient power. One of the drawers was broken and there was no proper closing wardrobe. The staff we encountered were unhelpful to almost the point of rudeness. We had problems with the card key and every time we tried to re-enter the room we had to go back down to reception to get it re-programmed in order to get into the room. Also check your bill when you leave as they tried to charge us for several drinks from the unbelievably expensive mini-bar that we hadn't touched.
