| A Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 jct 4 guest gave the hotel 4 out of 5 : I stayed here for one night prior to an early flight the next day. This was a 'mystery hotel' on Holiday Extras and was an amaziing ?70 for one night stay with 15 nights parking. I took a risk booking it not knowing what hotel it would be but to be honest it wasnt difficult to work out. The hotel is tricky to get into to and out of and that was the only complaint. We ate next door at the Plough pub which was fine- nothing special but quite cheap. Check in and reception were all efficient and helpful and the parking was on site so very convenient. We had a few drinks in the bar- usual higher hotel prices but all pleasant. The room was large, quiet, clean and comfy- usual Holiday inn-no complaints at all. It was ?8 for the 2 of us for the Hoppa bus and ?11 returning to the hotel in a taxi to collect the car. All in all was very pleased with the deal and would stay here again. Rated 4 out of 5 : We chose to stay and park near T3 for our flight to New York the next morning. This hotel was exactly what we wanted. Easy to find and park then a simple check in so we could start our holiday stress free. The room was lovely with a bed that was soooo comfortable we wanted to stay longer! The bar was large but relaxing with many different areas to chill in. After a quiet night we took the hopper bus to our flight. No morning rush and parking stress meant we could enjoy the day. This paid off when we arrived in NY as we were not tired from an early morning. The park and stay option is definately better than a stress morning drive when you still have to pay to park! Rated 5 out of 5 : Helpful, friendly staff. Disliked: The room appeared to have been prepared for one person as there was insufficient milk, 1 bar of chocolate, 1 x robe etc. Housekeeping soon rectified the situation Overall: It was really great !! Rated 3 out of 5 : We had been working in London and had to pick our son up from Heathrow Airport on the following day, so we decided to stay overnight at the Holiday Inn. Although the Hotel was generally good a couple of things put us off. We asked for a non smoking room but could smell smoke on the bedlinen and could not sleep well. Also we arrived at about 9pm and were looking forward to a nice meal in a la carte restaurant which is what we had in other Holiday Inns, but we had a choice of Carvery, chinese or snacks. We opted for the chinese, which was ok. Rated 3.5 out of 5 : It's a nice option for airport hotel. Room was clean and newspaper was provided free. evening food is quite nice but the breakfast was the worst my hotel breakfast experence ever. |

| Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: April 2010 review: I recently stayed at the holiday inn m4 j4. I rang the hotel to ask if I could take photos, as I had won a competition, the lady I spoke to whoI believe was the assistant to the manager was lovely, she said that was ok. We arrived to a lovely room and also a complimentary bowl of fruit! It started our holiday off to New York wonderfully!! Many thanks, and I wouldnt hesitate to stay again. |
