Stayed at this hotel for one night whilst away on business. Arrived late and received a warm welcome. Hotel was nicely decorated and seemed very new. Room was well laid out with plenty of room. Bathroom was nice with good mirrors and great shower. Had an excellent night sleep in the peace and quiet.Breakfast was also very good with a good choice of what to have. I really liked the service - I found all the staff to be very nice and helpful. Was a nice touch to call the room to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff were really helpful and friendly. I wasn't feeling well and they made sure I was settled and ok. Room decorated well. Would stay again.

Attention the staff gave throughout the hotel and restaurant was good without being invasive. They were chatty and friendly and very helpful - made us feel very much at home. Food at bar and in restauant was superb.
Disliked: Unfortunately the fire alarm sounded at 2.03 a.m. which was quite startling, but a member of staff was quickly on the floor, assuring us that the matter had been dealt with.
Overall: Very pleased with our choice - hotel itself was excellent, its parking very useful, and its position to get to the rugby game and also to local points of interest were good. Taxi companies used by hotel were fair in price and reliable.

We stay here a lot...it never fails and although the room wasn't as clean as others have been in the past that really didn't spoil our stay. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to every one..its very relaxing in a lovely area and we will continue to use it.
