I stayed at this hotel with some friends before going to a gig and to be honest we picked it purely because we could pay with airmiles. Which was good as the listed room rate on the wall was pretty extortionate. However if you can get a good deal then this hotel is worth a visit. It won't win any prizes for charm and character but the rooms are an ok size for this price and part of town, and they are clean and comfortable. The location is great, easily accessible from the A40 and a short walk from west end attractions with a selection of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We drove in to town and parked in the NCP under the hotel, which was surprisingly half empty. It cost ?35 for 24 hours which although expensive, could've been much worse in this area. Breakfast was included in our deal, and the food was pretty decent with a good selection.

The hotel was fine however the noise level outside and inside was bad during the early hours and between 5 & 6 in the morning the source being people who do not know how to behave properly. The hotel management, however, I feel could do more to contol such elements for the benifit of guests who would like a decent nights sleep

review: My husband & I have just enjoyed a fabulous weekend staying at your hotel. We found our room to be very comfortable & spotless clean, everything there that we needed.All the staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite, helpful & very efficient.We would certainly stay with you again & would reccommend it to friends.

review: JUST LIKE TO THANK-YOU FOR A LOVLY TIME WE HAD LAST WEEK AT YOUR HOTEL 8TH SEP ROOM 369. THERE WAS EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND EVERYONE COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. WE HAD A LOVELY STAY ( EXCEPT FOR THE FIRE ALARM GOING OF AT 6.45). WHY WAS THAT NOBODY EVER SAID BUT THANKS AGAIN FOR A LOVELY SAY.

review: What a fantastic two night stay we had here recently. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Check in was absolutely so smooth, the room was really clean and tidy, the breakfast was outstanding and the service received from every single member of staff was excellent. With car parking right next door it is a fantastic place to stay. We found it convenient for everywhere with the tube station minutes away and the beautiful Regents Park about five minutes walk away. Highly recommended, we intend to return in March.
